The Amazing Ashwagandha

The Amazing Ashwagandha is a potent herb to balance' your Peace S'Kin Energy!

In the world of natural remedies, Ashwagandha has become a visible potent herb with a rich history in traditional medicine. The Latin name is called withania somnifera*, this adaptogenic herb is highly valued in Ayurveda: the ancient Indian system of medicine. Ayurveda has direct links within KHMT: the universal science of life. Ashwagandha also links to ancient primordial Phoenician cultures around the world.

Now, Let's talk about 5 amazing benefits ashwagandha offers for your body, mind, and soul.

The Amazing Benefits of Ashwagandha

1. Stress Reduction and Anxiety Management:

One of the key characteristics of ashwagandha is to help you calm and unwind mentally from stress and anxiety. It acts as an adaptogen by helping your body adapt and manage stressors more effectively. This reduces your cortisol* levels: the hormone associated with stress, weight gain, other hormone issues, and digestive issues. So, when you meditate and pray the energetic properties of ashwagandha supports your calmer state of mind.

2. Improved Energy and Stamina:

Ashwagandha is renowned for its rejuvenating properties. It can enhance your energy levels and lessen your fatigue. When used regularly, Ashwagandha may help to increase your stamina. This makes for an ideal herb when you are looking to boost your physical endurance. I personally love using it to make certain brews such as Get Busy (available online) and my personal favorite "Better Than Coffee" smoothie blend (recipe inside The BrewJah Collective).

3. Enhances Cognitive Function:

Ashwagandha is also associated with improving your cognitive health, this includes improved memory and enhanced brain function. Your brain is a receptor first and foremost. This herb can help to protect your CNS: including your nerve cells and your melanocytes. The properties of Ashwagandha make it a safe herb for daily use when you are seeking cognitive support.

4. Balance Hormones:

Ashwagandha is secretly recognized for hormonal balance, for men and women. This amazing herb can help to regulate and balance your cortisol levels and your thyroid hormones, thus elevating you into a beautiful hormonal harmony. It makes sense when you think about how stress affects your hormone balance.

5. Anti-inflammatory Effects:

Chronic inflammation is linked to various health issues, from arthritis to heart disease, and is unfortunately becoming increasingly more common each day. The amazing ashwagandha carries anti-inflammatory properties that can potentially help you to alleviate chronic inflammation; and reduce the risk of associated issues. Ashwagandha can also strengthen your immune cells providing a natural defense against infections and illnesses.

Overall, ashwagandha stands as a versatile herb with a multitude of benefits for your body, mind, and soul simply due to the ability to support your Peace S'Kin Energy*, when your soul calls for it!

This adaptogenic herb focuses on supporting your cells that resonate your soul spirit relaxation, serenity, and ease with flow. As always, before incorporating significant amounts of ashwagandha or any other potent herb into your routine, especially if you have existing health conditions and/or you are taking medications, please ask your licensed healthcare provider if there would be any contraindications.

Daytime is best. Add 1 rounded tsp to 8 ounces of a fruit or green smoothie, hot or cold cereal, or any warm beverage
